Shipping Time: 1–5 business days via USPS or FedEx.

In-Stock Orders

Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: 1–5 business days via USPS or FedEx.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping may take 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time.

Shipping & Tracking

All parcels are shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking is available through our website or the carrier’s portal.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Indara Extensions is not responsible for delays, undelivered packages, or orders marked as delivered by the carrier when the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Package Protection: Strongly encouraged at checkout. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the third-party protection provider. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you.
